You may use this site to research selling a house and to request an offer on a property you own or are legally authorised to sell. You may not submit another person's property or contact details, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with it.

Offers are not binding until signed

Any figure we give you, whether by phone, email or in writing, is an offer to buy and not a contract. Neither you nor we are bound until both parties sign a purchase agreement. Any offer may be withdrawn or revised if the property materially differs from what was described, or if title or occupancy issues emerge that were not disclosed.

We are not your agent or adviser

OfferMyHome is a buyer of real property. We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not represent you. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Selling a house has legal and tax consequences and you should take independent advice before signing anything.

Home value and days-on-market figures shown on city pages come from Zillow's publicly published research data and are labelled with the month they describe. They are city-level statistics, not an appraisal, valuation or offer for any individual property.
