Using this site
You may use this site to research selling a house and submit an inquiry about property you own or are legally authorised to discuss. Supply accurate information and only contact details you are authorised to provide. Do not impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, bypass access controls or overload the service. Responsible public search and AI retrieval of public pages is permitted subject to published crawler instructions and reasonable rate limits; this does not authorise access to private records.
Offers are not binding until signed
Submitting a request is not an agreement to sell and does not guarantee a valuation or a purchase offer. Public market figures are informational. Any separate proposal must be evaluated on its own terms; seek independent advice before entering an agreement.
We are not your agent or adviser
Using this website does not create an agency, fiduciary or professional-adviser relationship. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Selling a house has legal and tax consequences and you should take independent advice before signing anything. Verify the identity, authority and any required licence of each party to a separate transaction.
Market data
Home value and days-on-market figures shown on city pages come from Zillow's publicly published research data and are labelled with the month they describe. They are city-level statistics, not an appraisal, valuation or offer for any individual property.
Calls and messages
The form asks permission to contact you by phone or text about your property inquiry. It is not permission for unrelated marketing or for other businesses to contact you. Standard carrier rates may apply. Ask the person contacting you to stop, reply STOP to a text, or email privacy@offermyhome.com to withdraw permission. Withdrawal does not undo communications already sent. Our privacy policy explains data handling.
Liability
Public information may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service or a particular selling outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or excuses fraud or wilful misconduct. Separate signed agreements govern any transaction, not a website estimate or inquiry.
