What we collect
This notice covers Offer My Home's website and seller inquiry service. The form collects your name, phone, property address, selling timeline, selected reason for selling and optional details directly from you. New inquiries do not collect email addresses; historical inquiries may include an email address previously supplied. Please do not include sensitive documents, identity numbers or other people's private information in your message. Browsing public information does not require submitting an inquiry.
We also receive request information such as browser type, country, referring and source pages, campaign parameters and a keyed IP-address hash. We use these for security, attribution, responding to inquiries and operating the site. Internal rule-based scores help staff prioritise inquiries; they are not an appraisal or a decision about eligibility for credit or housing.
The address shortcut on the homepage or a guide page passes the address to the form in the page URL, which may appear in browser history and request logs. You can instead open the form directly and enter the address there. Do not share a shortcut URL containing your address.
Address suggestions and service providers
As you type an address, our server sends the typed address query and, when available, an approximate location derived from your connection to Photon, the address lookup service hosted by Komoot. This happens before you submit the inquiry. You can enter and correct each address component yourself. Name, phone, email and selling reason are not part of this lookup.
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and object storage, network security, analytics and email delivery. Staff receive new-inquiry notifications containing the details you submitted; their email providers process those messages too. These providers process data needed to deliver their services. Hosting and security providers receive connection details, including IP addresses. Provider infrastructure and staff access may involve processing outside your state or country.
How it is protected
The application's stored contact record encrypts your name, phone, email, street address and selling reason with AES-256-GCM using a key kept separately from the database. This does not mean all metadata is encrypted in the same way: city, state and ZIP and inquiry-management fields are stored separately. Notification mailboxes and authorised exports are separate copies. Access controls protect the admin console; no security measure guarantees absolute protection.
Who sees it
Authorised staff and the providers described above process information for the inquiry and service operations. The website does not publish your inquiry or give you a public record link. The current application has no advertising-audience sale or third-party lead-distribution integration enabled. A separate transaction or a request to involve another professional may require additional disclosures appropriate to that arrangement. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights.
How long we keep it
Ordinary inquiries currently have no automatic expiry: they remain until an authorised operator deletes them. You may request deletion without waiting for a sale. Scheduled maintenance removes records marked as spam after 7 days and rotates database backups after 30 days. These periods describe application maintenance, not the retention of email providers or independently downloaded exports.
Deleting an active inquiry removes its related application records and stored attachments. Restricted backups may retain a copy until rotation, and an administrative audit record of the deletion remains. A rights request must also consider notification mailboxes and exports. Records needed for legal obligations, security or a dispute may be retained where permitted by applicable law.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, at privacy@offermyhome.com. See privacy choices for verification, agents and appeals. Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning copies, portability, objection, restriction, sale or targeted advertising. Nothing in this notice limits mandatory rights or your ability to contact a regulator.
Optional usage measurement
Only after you enable it in usage measurement choices, our first-party collector measures reviewed public page categories, approved interactions and scroll depth to understand where visitors stop. It does not collect typed answers, inquiry contents or page text. Connection information produces a daily pseudonymous visitor key and approximate location; raw IP addresses are not stored by this collector. This is pseudonymous measurement, not guaranteed anonymity. Cloudflare hosts the collector and database. Records expire after 30 days. Your browser stores your permission and up to 30 limited access receipts for retrieving or erasing the records they cover. The choices page lets you withdraw permission, export or erase receipt-covered records. Browser privacy signals and automated-browser exclusions remain respected. Private staff pages and personalised results are excluded.
Cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance without analytics cookies. The application does not use advertising cookies. Staff authentication uses a session cookie; hosting security features may use necessary cookies or similar signals. Public browsing and submitting an inquiry do not require an advertising profile. Your browser can control cookies, although blocking necessary cookies can affect staff sign-in or security checks.
