Your privacy choices

You can ask about your information, request changes or deletion, and stop property-inquiry follow-up. This page does not itself submit a request.

To limit use or sharing

Email privacy@offermyhome.com. State whether you want access, correction, deletion, a copy, limits on use, or no further contact. New inquiries do not collect an email address; we may need to verify a request using the contact information you supplied. Do not send identity documents or sensitive account numbers in your initial email.

To have your record deleted

We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before disclosing, changing or deleting it. Verification should be proportionate to the request. You may use an authorised agent where applicable law permits; evidence of authority or direct confirmation may be required. Legal exceptions can affect a request, including duties to keep records and protection of other people's information.

To see what we hold

Request the information associated with your inquiry and a usable copy where applicable. If we cannot fulfil a request, ask for the reason and how to appeal by replying to the response or contacting the same address with "privacy appeal" in the subject. Applicable law controls response deadlines and appeal rights. You may also complain to your state attorney general or other competent privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights.

Deletion and separate copies

Deletion from the active application is not immediate erasure from backups or notification mailboxes. Our privacy policy describes the backup rotation, audit records and other retention limits. Tell us if your request also concerns an earlier email or attachment so those copies can be considered.
